1. The Authority of Scripture: The entire Bible is the inspired, infallible, Word of God. As such, it is the ultimate authoritative standard of faith and conduct for Christians.
2. God: There is one living God manifest as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, co-equal and co-eternal. He is holy, infinite, eternal, unchangeable, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and the creator of all things.
3. Jesus Christ: There is one savior, Jesus Christ, fully God, fully man and equal in deity to the Father and Holy Spirit. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, worked miracles, died on the cross to pay the price for the sin of all, rose from the dead and reigns at the right hand of God.
4. The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is fully God, co-equal with the rest of the Godhead (Trinity). He has the attributes of personality, convicts of sin, comforts, and witnesses to the believer of salvation.
5. Original Sin: All people are born sinners and in need of salvation. Sin can only be taken away through the blood of Jesus Christ as an act of grace received by faith.
6. Salvation: The salvation of man can only come from the new birth which is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone as savior. This salvation is evidenced by the inward witness of the Holy Spirit and an outward life that corresponds with holiness as defined in the Scriptures.
7. Heaven and Hell: That those who die as believers in Christ will be with the Lord in heaven to be resurrected unto eternal life. Those who die without Christ will dwell in a state of hell to be resurrected unto eternal death.
8. Second Coming and Kingdom Reign: Jesus Christ will return
again bodily to catch away the church. After this will come the judgment upon
the earth followed by the return of Christ to set up his kingdom reign on the
earth.
